Booking Policies & Cancellation
We would encourage booking to guarantee a table. All bookings carry a 24-hour cancellation period. A £15 per head cancellation fee will be taken if you cancel within 24-hours of your booking or if your party does not show up.
Default Time Slots
All table bookings are available for 3 hour slots. Extensions will be at the discretion of our bookings team, depending on availability. If you would like to enquire about extending your booking, please email haysontheriver@onecircle.co.uk Thank you!

Running Late?
If you are going to be late then please notify us as soon as possible via our Instagram (@haysonetheriver_SE1) or email us. Unfortunately we can only otherwise hold your reservation for 15 minutes.
“I absolutely love this bar! Have been here a few times with friends and colleagues for lunch and date nights and I loved the food! The pizza is so filling and delicious!!! The service is super quick and the staff are always so happy and welcoming. Even though it’s outdoors the heating really does go a long way. There’s such a big range of cocktails and drinks in general which I appreciate :) The music in the venue matches the atmosphere and aesthetic. 10/10 can’t wait till summer to come so I can bring the kids and family.”
